Critical Step #1

THOROUGH VACUUMING. 
A step that is often overlooked boy most cleaning companies is vacuuming before Hot Water Extraction occurs.  Carper Doctors always vacuum before the cleaning process takes place.  Up to 73% of dirt in carpets is loose dirt that can be removed when thoroughly vacuumed.  This not only removes soil embedded in your carpet, but also lifts the carpet fibers for a more effective cleaning of your rug.

Critical Step #2

PRE-TREATMENT OMITTED BEFORE HWE BEGINS. 
When trying to complete the job in a hurried fashion, the pretreatment portion is often skipped.  Carpet Doctor uses a Power Force Pre-treatment.  Our hot pre-spray is applied under pressure between 300-400 PSI.  This procedure allows us to precondition your carpet for excellent penetration and emulsification.

Critical Step #3

CARPET GROOMING SKIPPED OVER. 
For whatever reason this step is typically ignored by most cleaning companies.  Carpet doctor grooms your rugs after our cleaning process is completed.  Our technique of raking allows for faster drying and sets the pile – giving your carpet a like new appearance.
